Our purpose in our work is to have a positive impact on everyone who comes into contact with our restaurants, and we do that through serving delicious chicken while providing top-notch service. But what exactly does that look like?
The members of our Service Team are the smiling faces that have the most interaction with our Guests. In a typical day, a member of the Service Team could:
Take Guest orders at a register at the front counter or drive thru
Prepare Guest drinks and desserts
Serve meals to Guests at their tables
Keep the dining room and area behind the counter clean and tidy
Restock items that are running low
Our Culinary Team has the very important task of efficiently preparing our delicious food and ensuring it meets our very high standards for quality and freshness. In a typical day, a member of the Culinary Team could:
Assemble made-to-order menu items quickly and neatly
Hand-bread our chicken
Prepare our fresh, daily-made produce items, like salads, wraps, fruit, etc.
Wash dishes and keep the kitchen extremely clean
Help to prepare food for large Catering orders
Restock items in the kitchen that are running low
